1In Board File No. 1772-00-U a pre-hearing consultation was scheduled for October 30, 2000.
2The parties met with a Labour Relations Officer and agreed to adjourn the pre-hearing conference. The conference and the application are accordingly adjourned sine die.
3Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the Board hereby consents to adjourn this application sine die for a period not exceeding one year. Unless within that time either party requests that the Board proceed with the matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
4The Board notes that the hearing in Board File No. 1873-99-U will proceed as scheduled, unless the Board is notified otherwise.
