DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 15, 2000
In a decision of November 23, 2000 the Board sought the submissions of the Ministry with respect to a settlement. The Board also gave the employer leave to respond to those submissions within seven days of the Ministry’s submissions. The Ministry promptly filed its submissions on November 27, 2000. However, it apparently did not send a copy of those submissions to the employer as it was directed to do in the Board’s decision. A copy of those submissions will be sent to the employer with this decision. The employer may, if it chooses to do so, respond to them on or before January 3, 2001.
