DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 31, 2000
On October 27, 2000 the applicant requested that the hearing set to commence on November 1, 2000 be adjourned, and that the Board hear arguments both on this file and on Board File No. 3227-99-R. The Board decided in Board File No. 3227-99-R that it should proceed with the hearing, as scheduled, on November 1, 2000. The Board will only be dealing with that application at that time and will hear further arguments regarding the issue outlined in the decision of October 25, 2000. The parties to this application are therefore directed to proceed as has been outlined in the Board’s decision of October 25, 2000.
