The applicant is directed to advise the Board of whether it wishes to proceed with these applications no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which the charges referred to in the Ministry’s letter (and any relevant appeals) are finally disposed of. If the applicant fails to advise the Board within that time, these applications will be deemed to have been withdrawn on the thirty-first day after the date of final disposition.
