DECISION OF THE BOARD; September 20, 2000

[1]. The Board is in receipt of a request dated September 20, 2000 from counsel for the applicant regarding the confirmation of posting of notices by the responding party(ies).

[2]. The Board is also in receipt of a request dated September 20, 2000 from counsel for the responding parties requesting an extension of time for filing of its responses in Board File No. 1684-00-R.

[3]. In respect of the extension of time, counsel for the responding parties does not appear to have copied his request for an extension to the other parties to these applications. Counsel’s attention is directed to the Board’s Rules of Procedure which require such deliveries. However, having regard to the circumstances of this case and the reason put forth by counsel requesting the extension an extension is hereby granted for the filing of the responses in Board File No. 1684-00-R until 5 days from the date of this decision.

[4]. In respect of the posting, the responding party(ies) is directed to immediately post as required in the Registrar’s letter of September 13, 2000 and file the completed Form A-26 immediately following the posting.
