DECISION OF THE BOARD
1This is an application under section 68 of the *Employment Standards Act*, R.S.O. 1990, c. E. 14, as amended (the "Act") for review of the refusal by Linda Bradford, Employment Standards Officer to issue an order to pay against Centreside Dairy 80. Counsel for the applicant, by letter to the Board dated January 5, 2000 advised the Board that the applicant wishes to withdraw this matter.
2Therefore, this application is withdrawn at the request of the applicant.
