DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 12, 2000
It has come to the Board’s attention that in its decision dated April 11, 2000, the Board failed to award to the Union its costs associated with the filing of its grievance referral pursuant to section 133(13) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995. Accordingly, on its own motion, the Board hereby reconsiders its decision dated April 11, 2000 and amends paragraph 11 of that decision to include the following relief:
- orders Dirpam/Edilcan to pay forthwith to the Union the sum of $214 in accordance with section 133(13) of the Act.
