DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 1, 2000

The parties are advised that the meeting referred to in paragraph 4 of the decision of November 28, 2000 in these applications will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2000 at 5:00 p.m. in the Board Room, 505 University Avenue, 2nd floor, Toronto, Ontario. Counsel should call the Board’s reception before that time on December 6 to obtain the location of the hearing room. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss what, if any, further evidence any party wishes to call, any proposals or agreements about documents filed in Board File No. 2532‑98-U but not in Board File No. 1904-99-U, and the number of days needed to complete this matter and the fixing of dates. Clients are free to attend with counsel, but there is no need for anyone other than counsel to attend. No evidence will be called and no rulings will be made. Dates will be fixed.
