DECISION OF THE BOARD; November 22, 2000
1By letter dated November 17, 2000, the applicant has requested leave of the Board to amend its application in this matter to add an additional responding party, Alphonso (Al) Fanelli c.o.b. as Marathon Construction Company.
2The Board directs the applicant to provide Alphonso (Al) Fanelli c.o.b. as Marathon Construction Company with proper notice of its request (if it has not already done so) together with a copy of this decision. The Board also directs the applicant to provide the Board forthwith with a current address for Alphonso (Al) Fanelli c.o.b. as Marathon Construction Company. The Board will entertain submissions concerning the applicant’s request at the outset of the hearing scheduled on December 13 and 14, 2000, commencing at 9:30 a.m., in the “Board Room”, 2nd Floor, 505 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
