This application was filed two days after the time limit for filing the application. It was in fact given to a courier on July 24, 2000 and delivered to the Board on July 25, 2000. The payment required was made on July 26, 2000 and thus the application was not filed until July 26, 2000. The Board has a discretion under section 68(4) to extend the time for filing the application, and hereby extends the time for filing to July 26, 2000. The applicant clearly attempted to comply and the extension is for a trivial period of time.
