The application was actually filed on November 4, 2000. As the application date is November 4, 2000, paragraph 10 of the Board’s decision is hereby amended to read as follows:
- All individuals who were employed by Varcon Construction Co. Ltd. and at work in the voting constituency on November 4, 2000 are eligible to vote.
