Decision
1This is an application under section 68 of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. E.14, as amended (the “Act”) for Review of Order to Pay No. 55837 dated June 2, 2000. The application was filed on July 17, 2000. It came to the attention of the Board that the cheque used by the applicant to pay the amount required by the Order to Pay was returned by the bank due to insufficient funds.
2Further to the Board’s decision dated September 15, 2000, the applicant was directed to file with the Board a copy of proof of payment, a request for the Board to extend the time for applying for review and set out in its request all of the facts and circumstances it relied upon for seeking the extension. As of the date of this decision the applicant has failed to comply with the Board’s direction.
3Accordingly, this matter is hereby terminated.
