Decision

The parties have advised the Board that the grievances which are the subject of these three referrals have been settled and have requested the proceedings be terminated. The Board will treat the grievances as settled and therefore the referrals of grievances withdrawn. The parties also advise that their settlement also encompasses other Board files. Since all of them appear to be finally disposed of for the Board’s purposes, nothing further need be done by the Board in respect of these files.
