Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the Board hereby adjourns this application sine die and waive the parties’ obligation to file their representations with respect to the matters in issue unless this application proceeds. Should the application proceed, the parties must file their representations, if any, within 7 days of the date the Registrar advises the parties that this application is proceeding. Unless either party requests that the Board proceed with the matter within one year from the date of this decision, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
