1. Counsel for the applicant requests the Board cancel the hearing in this matter and issue a certificate including the description of the bargaining unit proposed by the applicant, because the responding party filed its statement of representations beyond the time limits established by the Notice of Report of Board Officer.
2. This Board declines to cancel the hearing or to issue a certificate at this point. The applicant may, if it wishes, renew its motion with the panel assigned to hear this matter on August 8, 2000.
