The Registrar is directed to set two days of hearing in this matter. The purpose of the hearing will be to hear all the evidence and argument in respect of the employment status of Brian Desloges, Richard Lacroix, and Miroslaw Rogulski. The responding party is directed to deliver to the applicant’s counsel all documents in its possession or within its control which have any bearing on the work performed or services rendered by these three individuals for or on behalf of the responding party, and the payment for such work or services. Such documents are to be delivered within fifteen days of the date of this decision.
