Decision
1By letter dated October 31, 2000, the applicant advises the Board that the responding party has not complied with the terms of a settlement reached in respect of this application for review as set forth in the Board’s decision in this matter dated June 6, 2000. She asks that the matter be rescheduled for a hearing. The applicant states that the responding party made deductions from the agreed amount of $750.00. Due to this apparent non-compliance with the terms of the settlement, the Board directs the Registrar to reschedule the matter for a hearing on the merits of the original application.
