1The name of one of the responding party in the title of proceedings is amended to read: "Praxair Canada Inc.".
2By letter dated September 27, 2000 the applicant advised the Board that the parties have reached a settlement in this matter. The applicant indicates the parties request that the hearing date of September 28, 2000 be adjourned sine die pending the completion of the settlement.
3Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the Board hereby consents to adjourn this application sine die for a period not exceeding one year. Unless within that time either party requests that the Board proceed with the matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
