This is a referral of a grievance to the Board for determination under section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c.1 as amended ("the Act").
By consent, the Board makes the following orders:
The hearing scheduled for October 20, 2000 has been adjourned and rescheduled for Monday, November 27, 2000, commencing at 9:30 a.m. in the “Board Room”, 2nd Floor, 505 University Avenue, Toronto.
The parties shall meet at the offices of the responding party at 9:00 a.m. on October 26, 2000 to review the results of the audit which was conducted by Mr. S. Fromstein and other outstanding issues between the parties.
