1Having regard to the agreement of the parties as set out by letter dated February 15, 2000 from counsel for the responding party, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 353 (the “IBEW”), this matter is hereby adjourned sine die for a period not exceeding one year. Unless within that time either party requests that the Board proceed with the matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
2The time for filing the response by the IBEW, Local 353 is hereby extended to March 23, 2000.
