1This is a referral of a grievance to the Board for determination under section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c. 1 (the “Act”). Counsel for the applicant named both the Ontario Pipe Trades Council and the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, Local 463 as the applicant. By letter from counsel dated August 4, 2000, counsel requests that the name of the applicant be amended by deleting reference to the Ontario Pipe Trades Council. Counsel for the applicant submitted the filing fee for a single applicant.
2Therefore, having regard to the request of counsel for the applicant, the name of the applicant is amended to read: United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, Local 463.
