DECISION OF THE BOARD
The Board is in receipt of an amended application under section 21, 22 and/or section 23 of the Public Sector Labour Relations Transition Act, 1997 S.O. 1997, c.21 (“the Act”), filed by the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Locals 942 and 1976 (“CUPE”). The amendment consists of the naming of an additional responding party, Johnson Controls World Services Ltd. (“Johnson Controls”).
Johnson Controls is hereby added as a responding party in this matter.
As there has been no other change to the substance of CUPE’s application, the responding parties other than Johnson Controls are relieved from any obligation to file amended responses.
