The applicant has advised the Board that it intends to seek judicial review of the Board’s decision of January 10, 2000. Accordingly, the Board reconsiders the last sentence of paragraph 38 of that decision. It is amended to read:

The Registrar is directed to retain the ballots cast in this application until all matters arising from the application for judicial review are finally disposed of.
