This is a referral of a grievance to arbitration under section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”).
Further to the request of the parties, the Board hereby grants leave to adjourn the hearing scheduled in this matter on October 6, 2000 and directs that it be rescheduled to be heard on October 16, 2000.
The parties have also requested that the Board extend the time allowed for the responding party to file a Request for Hearing and Notice of Intent to Participate/Defend until October 6, 2000.
Pursuant to its authority under Rule 49 of the Board’s Rules of Procedure, the Board hereby extends the time for the responding party to file a Request for Hearing and Notice of Intent to Participate/Defend until October 6, 2000.
