Decision

The Board has received the attached correspondence from the solicitors for the Unionville Home Society indicating that it was not properly served with all of the applicant’s materials as required by the Board’s Rules of Procedure. The applicant is directed to serve the responding parties with all of the materials as required by the Board’s Rules. This application will not be processed further until the Board has been advised by the applicant that the responding parties have been properly served. The responding parties need not file their responses until 10 days after they have received all of the materials from the applicant.
