DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 20, 2000
This is a referral of a grievance to the Board for determination under section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c.1 as amended ("the Act").
On the date of hearing October 20, 2000, the parties concluded a Memorandum of Agreement in the following terms:

Respondent
WHEREAS the responding party has acknowledged it is bound to the collective agreement referred to by a decision of the Ontario Labour Relations Board (the "Board") dated August 17, 2000, and
WHEREAS the parties have entered into binding Minutes of
Settlement incorporated into a decision of the Board dated
October 2, 2000.
The parties agree to the following terms of settlement and request that they be incorporated into a consent order of the Board.
That Lisa Piccin, a director of the respondent, shall meet with a representative of the applicant at the applicant's address at 64 Signet Drive, Weston, Ontario, on Monday, October 23, 2000, and that Ms. Piccin shall attend such meeting with full payroll records and all other materials pertaining to the employment of the applicant's members by the respondent for the period January 1, 1999 to the present, and that Ms. Piccin shall make such records and materials available to the applicant for inspection at that time.
That the subpoena upon Lisa Piccin remains fully binding in all respects for the next date of hearing in this matter, to be set by the Board.
That the sole issue for determination at the next date of hearing of this matter is the amount of such additional monies, if any, that may be owing pursuant to the violations of the collective agreement referred to in the decisions of the Board dated August 17, 2000 and September 15, 2000.
The parties further agree and request that the hearing set for Friday, October 20, 2000 be adjourned, and that the matter be listed for hearing on December 1, 2000.

directs Ms. Lisa Piccin to comply with her obligations in paragraph 1 of the Memorandum of Agreement;

adjourns the hearing of this matter to Friday, December 1, 2000, commencing at 9:30 am. in the "Board Room" 2nd floor, 505 University Avenue, Toronto.
