1Board Files 2956-99-ES and 3062-99-ES are concerned with the identical appeal by an employer of an Order to Pay. It is probably not necessary to establish how the two files came to be opened, but it is necessary to close one – 3062-99-ES and move any documents into 2956-99-ES and provide the employer with some assurances, having regard to its representative’s letter of January 29, 2000.
2The Board is now in receipt of a complete and timely application for review from the employer, including the grounds for review, the names of affected employees and proof of payment into trust of the monies ordered. The matter will now proceed in the usual way.
