1By decision dated July 18, 2000 this application for review was dismissed as untimely. By application dated August 3, 2000 the applicant seeks reconsideration of that decision on the basis that it relied on the Officer’s narrative which appears to refer to June 22, 2000 as the deadline for filing. The application for review was originally filed on June 21, 2000. The applicant asserts that the monies were also paid into trust on June 21, 2000 although the receipt provided to the Board from the Director of Employment Standards indicates June 26, 2000 as the date of issue.
2Each responding party is hereby directed to file with the Board a response, if any, to the request for reconsideration. Such response is to filed no later than 10 days from the date of this decision, at which time I will determine the request based on the material then before me.
