DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 14, 2000
1This is an application for review of an Order to Pay under section 68 of the Employment Standards Act (the "Act"). There are three responding employees.
2By letter dated December 4, 2000 from the applicant, it advises that the matter has been resolved with respect to one of the responding employees, Ms. Michelle Smulders ("Ms. Smulders").
3The full amount ordered to Ms. Smulders was for $411.84 and that is the amount that the applicant agrees in its December 4, 2000 correspondence to pay to her.
4I therefore order the amount of $411.84 to be paid to Ms. Smulders out of the amounts held in trust by the Ministry of Labour. The application is terminated only in respect of Ms. Smulders' claim.
5The matter is referred to the Registrar to schedule for hearing.
