DECISION OF THE BOARD; November 7, 2000
1. On September 28, 2000 the Board received a facsimile copy of an application for review of an Employment Standards Officer’s decision denying a claim made by Mr. Forbes-Leith.
2. By a letter dated October 11, 2000 the Board advised the individual that he had failed to comply with the Board’s Rules of Procedure by filing his application by facsimile transmission. The Board indicated it was unable to process the application and that Mr. Forbes-Leith should refile his application in accordance with the Rules. Mr. Forbes-Leith was provided with a set of the appropriate forms and the pertinent rules, and had ten days in which to refile his application.
3. To date the Board has received nothing further from Mr. Forbes-Leith. As the ten days have now passed, it would appear that the individual does not wish to file an application for review in this matter.
DISPOSITION
4. This matter is hereby terminated.
