Decision of the Board; January 31, 2000
Decision
In a decision dated September 27, 1999, the Board noted an apparent "request for reconsideration" of the Board's earlier decisions in this matter, filed by an entity known as Leaside Memorial Gardens. The Board directed that entity, and the other parties in the case, to file written submissions. Following the filing of written submissions, the parties met and, as I understand it, were able to resolve whatever issues had surfaced between them. Accordingly, it appears that there is no longer any active request for reconsideration, and therefore this file may now be closed. If the situation is otherwise: the parties are directed to advise the Board, in writing, forthwith.
