DECISION OF THE BOARD; November 28, 2000
This is a Director’s request for review of Order to Pay No. D 04905 dated August 2, 2000. This appeal was filed with the Board on October 11, 2000. The Board notes the deadline for making this appeal was September 18, 2000.
By letter dated October 16, 2000 the Registrar of the Ontario Labour Relations Board advised the applicant that this application for review under the Employment Standards Act (the “Act”) would not be processed because it did not comply with the Board’s Rules of Procedure.
A copy of the Rules together with the correct application form (Form A-69) and Information Bulletin No. 23, was sent to the applicant. The letter advised the applicant that if the application was resubmitted it must comply with the Rules and failure to do so within 10 working days may result in the application being terminated.
As of the date of this decision the applicant has failed to file a review pursuant to the Rules of Procedure.
DISPOSITION
- In the circumstances this matter is terminated.
