Further to the Board’s decision dated January 7, 2000 the parties met with a Labour Relations Officer and were able to reach Minutes of Settlement which they have filed with the Board. Further to those Minutes the parties have agreed to a monitoring and enforcement mechanism and the Board hereby directs the parties to comply with the terms of those Minutes.
