1This referral of grievance was adjourned, by Board decision dated September 12, 2000, at the request of the applicant, pending the determination in the section 69/1(4) application referred to in the Board’s decision of July 26, 2000 re Board Files 0175-00-R et al.
2On November 20, 2000 the applicant filed a further section 69/1(4) application (Board File No. 2458-00-R) and a further grievance under section 133 (Board File No. 2459-G).
3The applicant requests that the earlier grievance in Board File No. 1687-00-G be processed together with the above two applications. The applicant states that “…. Our client at that time was under the mistaken belief that Four Hundred Structures Inc., 1330049 Ontario Inc. and Dakota Forming Inc. were the concrete forming contractors at the projects which are the subject of these proceedings. This has proven not to be the case and we therefore request that the Board reconsider its decision of September 12, 2000 and also set the referral in O.L.R.B. File No. 1687-00-G down for hearing with the enclosed applications.”
4This matter was adjourned at the request of the applicant. The applicant, in light of new information, requests this grievance be processed together with Board Files 2458-00-R and 2459-00-G.
5In the circumstances the Board directs that Board File No. 1687-00-G be processed together with Board File Nos. 2458-00-R and 2459-00-G, including scheduling these files together for hearing.
