1Having regard to the agreement of the parties (with the concurrence of counsel for the Carpenters’ Local 1256 who were identified as having an interest) these matters are adjourned.
2Either party may request that they be brought on for hearing within 60 days of the disposition of the referral in Board File No. 3973-99-G. If neither party seeks to bring these on for hearing within that time, the proceedings will be terminated without further notice to the parties.
