Decision of the Board: October 31, 2000
Decision
1The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated October 30, 2000 from counsel for the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, who advises of two clerical errors in the Board’s decision of October 18, 2000.
2Having regard to that correspondence the Board hereby reconsiders its decision of October 18, 2000 by amending sub-paragraph 3(v) to read:
(v) The bargaining unit includes the employees of Project Lift Inc. who are included in the bargaining unit certified by the Board in Board File No. 4369-98-R. The Board notes the agreement of the signatories regarding the collective bargaining negotiations involving Project Lift Inc.
3The decision of October 18, 2000 is further amended by amending sub-paragraph 3(vi) to read:
(vi) Insofar as transit service relating to the Township of Wilmot and Kiwanis Transit shall continue to be contracted by the Region to existing service providers, any employees engaged in providing such services are not included in the bargaining unit referred in sub-paragraph (ii) above.
4All other aspects of the Board’s decision of October 18, 2000 are hereby confirmed.
