[1]. This is an appeal of an officer’s decision that Bryan Hallett did not have an employment relationship with the Taekwondo Mudokwan Academy.
[2]. On the day and time set for hearing, no one was in attendance on behalf of either Mr. Hallett or the Academy.
[3]. Following our usual practice, we adjourned the matter for 30 minutes, when I reconvened the hearing at 10:00 a.m., no one had appeared. Consequently, I dismissed the application.
