DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 11, 2000

The Board has received the attached correspondence from the Universal Workers Union, Local 183 (“Local 183”). The applicants if they wish to comment on such submission, should do so by October 18, 2000. In any event the applicants should deliver to Local 183 and the employer all documents that were filed with the Board and have not yet been delivered to Local 183 or the employer, if there are any such documents. The applicants are directed to notify the Board when such documents have been delivered.
