1This is an application under section 68 of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.E.14, as amended, (the "Act") of an Order to Pay issued by an Employment Standards Officer.
2This application was scheduled for hearing before the Board at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2000. At that time, neither of the applicants nor a representative of the applicants appeared at the hearing. After waiting the normal thirty (30) minutes, the Board convened the hearing and dismissed the application in the circumstances.
3The Board hereby orders that the monies held in trust by the Director be paid out to the claimant, Anita Kandasammy, less the statutory administration costs, as soon as practicable.
