2The applicant failed to appear by 10:00 am. on October 5, 2000, the date scheduled for hearing. There is no information before the Board to indicate that the applicant did not receive the Notice of Hearing sent by the Registrar. The applicant has the onus of producing evidence in support of his claim. Hearing no such evidence, the Board dismissed the application by oral ruling on October 5, 2000.
