1Pursuant to the request of counsel for the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 932 (“Local 932”) leave to amend its response as set out in the letter of October 10, 2000 is granted.
2The union has also made the following request for particulars in the letter of October 10, 2000, “for production of the job description for the position of Systems Manager/Head Technical Services that was prepared in this process, and for any other written job descriptions for that position that were prepared subsequent to April 26, 1989”.
3The material requested does appear on its face to be arguably relevant. The Board therefore directs the Milton Public Library Board to produce such job descriptions to Local 932 or advise the Board and Local 932 no later than October 19, 2000 as to the reasons why such job descriptions should not be produced.
