1This is an employer appeal of a decision of an employment standards officer to issue an Order to Pay in respect of payment for hours of work found owing. The Order to Pay is numbered 58369 and is dated July 5, 2000. It is for the gross amount of $1,751.50 plus $175.15 for the statutory administrative costs.
2By letter dated December 14, 2000 counsel for the applicant advises that it wishes to withdraw its appeal.
3I hereby order:
(i) that the wages paid to the “Director in trust” in relation to this matter
be disbursed as follows:
to be paid to the Employer $ --
to be paid to the Employee $ 1,751.50
(ii) that the administration fee as set
out in the Order to Pay be retained
by the Government of Ontario
Consolidated Revenue Fund $ 175.15
total amount held by the Director $ 1,926.65
4Having regard to that correspondence the application is withdrawn with leave of the Board.
