DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 27, 2000
[1]. This is an application under section 96(7) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”) in which the applicant seeks the enforcement of minutes of settlement with respect to Board File No. 0915-00-G. The application was filed on October 11, 2000.
[2]. The responding party has failed to file a reply in a timely fashion pursuant to the Board’s Rules of Procedure. It has come to the Board’s attention however that Mr. Steve Teperman, the President of the responding party, recently underwent surgery and has been unavailable. Accordingly, the Board hereby extends the time for the filing of a response in this response to November 9, 2000.
