Decision
1This is an application to review the decision of the Employment Standards Officer to issue Order to Pay No. 58904 dated May 25, 2000.
2At the commencement of the hearing the parties advised that they had resolved all matters in dispute and asked that I issue a decision reflecting that agreement.
3Accordingly, having regard to the agreement of the parties I hereby direct that the $642.80 (plus any accrued interest) currently being held by the Director in Trust be disbursed as follows:
a) $271.44 to Pete Pleasant;
b) $271.44 to Hallmark Housekeeping Services Inc.;
c) $100.00 to the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
4Any accrued interest is to be paid out in the appropriate like proportions.
