DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 28, 2000
Decision
1The Board is in receipt of a letter from counsel for the responding party dated December 22, 2000.
2Having regard to the content of that letter, and to the fact that the Board understands that the responding party may now be in possession of the information it requires to make a decision on the applicant’s grievance, the consultation scheduled for January 4, 2001 is adjourned sine die. The responding party will have until January 26, 2001 to determine and advise the applicant as to its intended course of action. If such information is not deemed satisfactory to the applicant, the applicant may ask the Board, in writing, to re-list the matter for consultation expeditiously. Any such request by the applicant must be accompanied by a brief statement as to the events that have transpired since the date of this decision. Upon receipt of any such request, the Board will review the matter and determine what further steps should be taken.
