DECISION OF THE BOARD; July 14, 2000

The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated July 11, 2000 from counsel for the applicant in which he asks that the responding party produce certain documents and provide certain particulars on or before Friday, July 21, 2000.

Having regard to this request, the Board hereby directs the responding party to produce those documents and to provide those particulars to the applicant set out in the July 11, 2000 correspondence on or before July 21, 2000 that it is prepared to provide at this time.

The Board further directs the responding party to advise the Board and the applicant by no later than July 21, 2000 of those documents or particulars requested in the July 11, 2000 correspondence which are in its possession or knowledge (as applicable) but have not been produced or provided and the reasons why they have not been produced or provided.

If there continues to be a dispute regarding production or particulars, the parties should be prepared to make submissions before the panel hearing this matter on Wednesday, July 26, 2000.
