This is a referral of grievance to arbitration, construction industry, pursuant to section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the "Act").
Prior to the hearing scheduled in this matter the parties met with a Labour Relations Officer and filed Minutes of Settlement dated March 21, 2000.
Having regard to the Minutes of Settlement this referral of grievance to arbitration is withdrawn with leave of the Board.
The hearing in this matter is hereby cancelled.
