DECISION OF THE BOARD; November 23, 2000
1. The Board, by decision in this matter dated November 15, 2000 directed a representation vote among the affected employees who had come within the bargaining units previously represented by any one of the responding parties.
2. Subsequently, the Board was advised that the parties had agreed upon a bargaining unit description. The Board, having regard to the parties’ agreement with respect to the description of the appropriate bargaining unit, determines that the voting constituency for the representation vote directed by the Board in its earlier decision in this matter is:
all employees of Haliburton Highlands Health Services, save and except professional medical staff, graduate and undergraduate nurses, pharmacists, dieticians, the executive assistant to the Executive Director, supervisors, and persons above the rank of supervisor.
