DECISION
For reasons to be given in further detail at a later date, the Board orders that a new representation vote will be conducted in this application. The ballots from the first vote, held on March 31, 2000, will be destroyed without the ballot box being opened or ballots counted. The second representation vote will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2000. Details of the vote arrangements will be forthcoming from the Registrar’s office. This hearing will continue on October 3, 4, 5, and November 7 and 8, 2000 in accordance with the schedule which will be set out in greater detail in our later decision.
