DECISION OF THE BOARD; November 24, 2000
1. By letter dated November 6, 2000 the Registrar of the Board advised the applicant that it could not process this appeal under section 61(1) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act because it does not comply with the Board’s new Rules of Procedure.
2. The Registrar provided the applicant with a copy of the new Rules and Form A-65 (Appeal of Inspector’s Order form). The letter went on to state:
If the Board does not receive your properly completed Form A-65 within 10 working days of the date of this letter, the proceeding will be terminated.
3. To date the applicant has not filed a properly completed Form A-65. In the circumstances this matter is terminated.
